- A/ECON (1): Average Fuel Economy. This button displays the vehicle fuel economy since the last reset, in miles per gallon or liters per 100 kilometers. To reset, press and hold both RESET and A/ECON at the same time until an audible tone sounds 8 times and the display reads zero.
- I/ECON (2): Instantaneous Fuel Economy. This button displays the instantaneous fuel economy, in miles per gallon or liters per 100 kilometers, based on the distance driven. The measurement , calculation, and display of the instantaneous fuel economy are updated each second during driving.
- DTE (3): Distance To Empty. This button displays an estimated distance that can be driven with remaining fuel.
- EX TMP (4): Exterior Temperature. This button displays the air temperature outside the vehicle. If the ignition is turned on within five hours of the time it was turned off, the temperature displayed will reflect the outside temperature before the ignition was turned off. If the ignition is turned on more than five hours after the ignition was turned off, the temperature displayed will reflect the current outside temperature. This temperature will be updated after the vehicle speed exceeds 24 mph (40 km/h) for more than two minutes. This button also incorporates a Freeze Warning function. If the outside air temperature is 37°F (3°C) or lower when the ignition is turned on, or if the outside air temperature decreases to 37°F (3°C) or lower while the ignition is on, the word 'ICE' will be displayed, interrupting all other functions for one minute, after which the normal display format will return.

The maximum reading is 9,999. To reset, press and hold both RESET and DIST at the same time until an audible tone sounds 8 times and the display reads zero.

With the numbered buttons on the keyboard enter distance, reading from left to right. No more than four numerals can be set for the distance. After entering the correct distance to be traveled, press SET again to secure the data. Press DEST at any time during your trip to see the remaining distance to your destination.
- E/TIME (9): Elapsed Travel Time. This button displays elapsed time in hours and minutes since last reset. To reset elapsed time to zero, press and hold both RESET and E/TIME at the same time until an audible tone sounds 8 times and the display reads zero. The elapsed travel time will continue to count even though the ignition is off.
- ETA (0): Estimated Time of Arrival. This button displays the estimated amount of time left before you reach your present destination which you previously entered with the DEST button, assuming you continue to travel at the current vehicle speed. The estimated time of arrival is updated each minute. On the left edge of the display the following indicators will appear next to the numbers: (+)Time remaining until preset destination is reached, (±)Preset destination reached, and (-)Time past preset destination time.
