Default idle air control sensor?

my 2nd gen probe gt will idle normally after its wrmed up and then i rev it. i rev it up a little bit and itll idle at about 1100 for bout 30 secs. i replaced the tps. so the only thing i can think of is the idle air control valve? please help thanks a bunch.

the idle air control will definately make that happen. Let's say it's getting stuck open. Take the valve out (held by 2 odd star shaped screws) and clean it with some carb cleaner and see if it continues to do the same thing. If so, then either live with it or get a new IAC. It's not really a problem if it idles a little high

I don't think it would be the iacv. What you could do just in case you think it's the iacv take it off and clean it with carb cleaner or something. Check the plastic elbow before the maf and see if there are any cracks or anything small.

its the iac for sure. just had issues with it. swap it out and see if it helps. also might as well check all around for vac leaks
