multiple turbos, same questions for each.
they got a a website where they sell turbos and they got some videos of supras and other cars with the turbos on them and they sound really good..

would this turbo work since it comes with a wastegate? would that hook up fine??

junk turbo's i wouldn't buy one.

I think you have a lot of reading a head of you.
1. that question show your not sure what your doing whats you goals with it
2.any turbo will fit
3. Whats good boost to you and you should search for turbos that will be good for you goals

so on this topic i know somewhat what im talking about. but everyone puts these turbos down.the xs turbos that is. anyone had one? or just hearsay from no first hand experience? just curious

i had a buddy who had one on his teggy, blew the shit out of it in less than a month,

i know but i hear how some people say how they had theirs for bout 5k miles nd nothing wrong. its just how you hook it up. then i hear it broke on start up like a seal broke. and i heard someone had one hooked up for two days nd it split in half! lol

Your best bet it so get a junkyard T3 and rebuild it. You can get the turbo for $100-150 and a rebuild kit for $60 then you KNOW you have a good turbo. I took a T3 60trim off the chart at over 20psi several times before it turned itself inside out and I only paid $30 for it.

thats a bit overkill. very nice turbo, but you would need a built motor to boost that even close what its designed to. that turbo's sweet spot is about 30-35psi!
find yourself a nice .48 trim t3. or even better yet, a mitsubishi 16g or 20g. any of those would offer alot more usable power.
