IMPORTANT: copoc schedule of events: July
July is going to be a busy month for our little family, and I know people need RSVP's and such so I thought I would write out a schedule so that the planners could get an idea of what to prepare for So as self appointed temprorary secretary, here it is.
July 3rd: Regional independance day barbeque's: Suggested by sokarul, possibly not going to happen, however their are open invatations to copoc'rs for the bbq at my house, I need RSVP's by the 24'th of june so I can get meat.
July 9-10 work day: this is at Troys greeley residence, he will need RSVP's also im sure, it would also be nice to know who needs what work done, if no one needs work done then theirs no reason to go :P
July 16th: Cruisin meet at sean's (em x 6 racer) place in colorado springs, he needs RSVP's by the 5th.
july 29-31: Hooters presents copoc. I would like to see a written list of everyone that intends to be their, and if you havent talked to Kris yet you should do it soon, im sure the earlier he can make our reservations the better.
Additionally, if anyone needs help with their cars before the meet, they need to contact me so I can find someone who has the knowledge or time to give them a hand and is close enough to meet with them.
So post here what you are going to be at, and email or message Kris if you need to know details/set-up resevations for the hooters day.
Also, dont forget to recruit! Print out some cards with our happy little web addy ( http://copoc.milesperhour.org/) and performance probes copoc addy ( http://www.performanceprobe.com/foru...splay.php?f=37). The more we have the better, and you know theirs probers without homes!

Great Job Ben... I just sent out a request to Troy for alot of this... I have been swamped with alot of this, had recent surge in decal orders, along with some that have been waiting, the Hooters event (they got me helping them, arrg), new member correspondance, The 2nd Creek Set up (track daze), Parts round up, and so on...
So if any of my responses have been slow, I appologize, things are coming together and commo is going to improve! But thanks again for getting this thread up.
I do need, as stated above, info on all attending, how many cars each of you are bringing. It has been expressed to me from Hit'N'Low, that they underestimated the popularity of the show, and want me to get exact numbers. (I told them, thats their prob, LOL). As for the rest.. getting on the same page can be fun!
Thank you again Ben!

Hey, i guess you guys missunderstood me. The July 4th meeting I suggest was just a small meet to shoot of fireworks and stuff. It didnt have to be about probes.
As for the work day on the 9-10 I should be there.
ABout the recruiting, I go buy hot dogs some time down a gas station, which happends to have 2 emplyoes thay have sec gen probes. I cant print anything cuz my printer broke but I will try to talk to them.

Hmmm.... K! I know Hit'N'Low and Hooters just got done with prints and advertising. Wyo Trophey has already did their donation, so i know it should pop up soon. I will have to ask and see when its coming out. The radio here is already announcing the event, so I will see where their advertising is going.

Well I didn't see WY in the pulldown to filter activities by state at all so maybe someone needs to tell hotters that they have a hooters in WY

Yeah.. that would be nice, huh? The CFD books are coming out next week, and I got a preview, we are listed! They have these booklettes the committees give out the public, and tourists.. and on July 30th calender, they list the events going on that day... some cow catching thing at the park, concerts in the evening, an American Indian fair on the fairgrounds, a car show at hooters (car clubs listed....guess what my fuzzy bunnies? COPOC is in the brochure!) Awww, do i feel the love? LOL!
As soon as I get web sites from them, I will hand them out to you al, the we can all stare at ourselves! Self Appreciation isnt a bad thing!

 I got a sticky, omg
Now, back on track. Fix it meet, who needs what fixed, and upgraded? I dont want to get their and spend all day changeing someones fuel filter and drinking beer, err well something like that.
If someone needs to fabricate blah blah, needs help with performance crap, if you have parts you need and cant seem to find, let me know before the meet I have a cheap source and can bring you whatever you need.
Kris, are you attending? I am gonna need some help with bodywork, my other plans fell through on me!
