Even a single colored primered car can look good!

What is this "one colored primer" magic that you speak of? Its the krylon touch baby!

I dont know how competitive we are going to be in the meet, Im hopeing well, but most of all its just a vacation. If you really are intimidated to take your probe you can ride in with me and chip in for gas or whatever. I am definatly going, no matter what. If I have to rent avis to get their I WILL BE THEIR. I know that Kris was saying primarily in the modified class its about the work you have done, I know he has a ton done to his car and I have some black label surprises in store for the meet. I will be doing fresh krylon and polish before I leave if I have to, it comes off easy anyway

Kris can correct me if I'm wrong but I think the people that invited us were more intersted in having the participation of a rare club like ours more then the a group of show quality cars. They thought it was interesting that there are so many people into in probes and mx6's. Our club is something different.....there are corvette, camero, and mustang clubs all over. As far as the cars at the meet being what you normally think of as show quality probably not, but you could tell by looking at every one of them that the owner had a passion for their car and that is what shows well in my opinion. And if anything else......free food and getting a picture of your car and a group of probes with hooters ummm logos all over them

Turbo Tweak is exactly right on the spot... THey want us there, simply because they are fascinated that there happens to be such a club, or interest in these cars...
Quick story... VP of HitNLow (inviter of COPOC) was in a meeting with the regional Hooters Director the other day... The VP (Will) was explaining who all was going to be there, amoung other things... well come to find out, not only is the store manager, and regional director are car fans, big time! During the conversation, the regional manager wanted to know what clubs were attending, and that they were not lowriders... Will assured him of this and started listing the clubs, including COPOC. THe regional manager finally said to Will, that he would grant this to include Colorados Hooters Girls, but had a couple questions first... Will said sure... The RM (regio mana) then asked Will, who's COPOC?.. Will explained it is Colorado Probe Owners Club.. the RM then said, ok, but another question... whats a Probe? This messed Will up cause he knew what one was, but not sure how to explain it.. he did finally answer, its like an eclipse but smaller, in a way.. LOL. Then the RM asked Will, can you really do anything to it? Will explained to wait and see, there are alot of enthusiasts.. so ending result..
The Regional manager of Hooters is taking vacation for two reasons.. one being to get the other Hooters Girls from CO to come up for the show, and secondly, which he is insistant on, he wants to see Probes!
I think this is getting a little strange, but it works! So, we are looked at for anything we do or dont do to our cars.. in stock or moddified shape.. dont worry, I think this is more of a COPOC interest than anything!

Shard.. LOL! I know.. I actually got one day off once, got my assistant manager from work and made him and another friend come over and help put it on.. I used theis "Fusion" stuff, which is better than welding, to put it on.. had to do it right and quick, cause once you stick it, it aint coming off.. Funny thing, my assistant manager fused a couple of his fingers together, cause I made him mess with the goo, I couldnt risk it, cause I had the molding to do afterwards.. I started at 9am, and had the kit on, the molding of the kit to body done, and sanding and priming done by midnight. What a day it was.. Dont worry, once you get out here, I can show you and let you see the details!
Matt... How true... a fantastic combo! JUST REMEMBER EVERYBODY.. have cameras available.. the hooters girls are going to pose for each of our cars! PS, the Denver Hooters girls are coming up for the meet as well, by order of their regional manager!

My car looks bad. Somebody hit and ran. Looks like an SUV backed into the side. I got most of the dents out, it looks better, but I definately want to get the rest of them out and get the probe new bumpers and get it primered, but I dont really have the time anymore. I need to get hold of troy and get them stickers still. I lost his phone number. On another note, I just got my bike! Its a 97 honda cbr600f3y, 12,000 miles, ran a 10.79 in the quarter mile. Its a fun bike. Maybe I can pay one of you guys to do the work...

No prob EMX6!
Ryan, just a little tip, the Hooters meet also has bikes attending..hmmmmm! Ohhh, by the way, you can always email Troy via COPOC, but if you want them stickers, let me know, how many, and what color, standard is white. They run $10 a set, and I am the guy that gets em, I got the connection for having them made, which is here... I just get them made, and then run them up to Troy so he can do what he needs to about getting them out to the members! So, let me know, or Troy!
Shard... I hope to see you butt for sure by the way, speaking of butt kicking! i have this annoying box sitting here with your name on it!
