MSD Ignition Installation
The Probe's 2.0L 4-cylinder has a Ford TFI-IV ignition system. Installation of an MSD ignition system on the 2.0L engine can be much easier using MSD's Ford TFI Harness (MSD part number 8874). The 1993 Probe's 4-cylinder engine with automatic transaxle uses a different ignition system from the engine with the manual transaxle.
